Joni has 14 years of Real Estate experience. Born in Louisville, KY, raised in Destin, Florida since age four, and a long time resident of Destin and Santa Rosa Beach. She has truly witnessed Destin’s growth over the last 38 years. She grew up spending many a Sunday afternoon at her Realtor father’s open houses. When he got into the development business, she participated in clearing lots, construction cleanup, etc, and so grew up learning the art of Real Estate sales, and development. She worked at The Track Recreation Center as a teen, then started up and ran a bicycle rental business “Destin Bike Rentals” from 2000-2003. She moved to New York City in 2001, worked in the “theater district”. “This was where I really got an education and learned how to survive on my own. I soon realized New York was not for me and moved home to Destin. She married, got her Real Estate license, and had four children. She is now raising her children in Santa Rosa Beach as a single mother. Family and career are her two top priorities and she the King Team’s top producer for the year thus far.
Johnny is a native of Destin, Florida. So he knows everybody, and they know him. Graduating from Fort Walton Beach High School, he spent his high school years playing football and traveling with church mission trips. He attended Huntington College in Montgomery, AL and graduated with a degree Public Relations from the University of South Alabama in Mobile. He continued to travel and serve on mission trips as a member of Campus Outreach throughout college.
Craig first moved to the Emerald Coast in 1964, when his father was stationed at Eglin Air Force Base. As with most military families, Craig traveled to many regions of the country. Eventually, graduating from the University of Mississippi. Worked for a marketing company for 5 years, that allowed him to travel to from South Florida to the Northwest and places in between. Moved to Destin in 1985 and immediately obtained his real estate license and became an appraiser and achieved the SRA designation from the appraisal institute.
Dianne is a proud military spouse and loving mother of two children. She began her journey in real estate as the Lead Director of Agent Services for Keller Williams Emerald Coast and has worked as the King Team office manager for two years; her optimism and organizational skills are a strength to our team.
Debbie is a retired Registered Nurse, Watercolor Artist, and a former winner of The Destin Seafood Festival Art Contest. She came to work with her husband, John King, in 1998 and uses her artistic talent to create custom marketing presentations for listings.
Natalie is a longtime local and newest member of the King Team. After spending the past decade living in various parts of the country, she is grateful for the opportunity to plant her roots back home and become a valued member of The King Team at Keller Williams.
